Horses may behave unpredictably, particularly in unfamiliar environments. Riders and assistants must remain vigilant to any changes in behaviour and make appropriate safety decisions at all times. Northill Equestrian does not provide supervision during arena hires or private use of the facilities. Riders are strongly advised not to attend alone and should, wherever possible, be accompanied by another responsible person on foot. Participants should also be aware that there may be no staff or first aid trained individual present on site during their hire period. An emergency contact number must be provided at the time of booking, together with any relevant medical information the participant wishes to disclose. Participants are also strongly encouraged to ensure emergency contact details are accessible to those attending with them. For safety purposes, we recommend that emergency contact information is stored in the ICE (“In Case of Emergency”) section of your mobile phone. Additionally, any damage caused to Northill Equestrian property, facilities, fencing, arenas, equipment, or surrounding infrastructure by a rider, attendee, or their horse (including but not limited to accidental or negligent damage) shall be the responsibility of the individual who caused or is associated with the damage. The rider or booking party may be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. It is also the responsibility of all riders and attendees to ensure that all gates are securely closed at all times and that arenas remain fully enclosed before, during, and after use to maintain the safety of horses, riders, and other users of the venue. Northill Equestrian is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all riders, horses, and visitors. However, due to the unpredictable nature of horses and equestrian activities, all participants must take personal responsibility for their own safety, the safety and wellbeing of their horse, and the safety of those in their care. Entries in advance using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Northill Equestrian. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment. Cost: £12 per class **On the day entries accepted, £14 per entry** Medical levy per rider - £4
Prizes: Classes: Rosettes 1st - 6th, Championship – Champion - rosette/sash, Reserve Champion Sash/Rosette Sunshine Tour qualifications for 1st-4th placing, qualification does not pass down the line. Sunshine Tour qualification does not apply to all classes. Please see schedule for qualification classes. Upon qualifying, competitors should see Sunshine Tour website (www.sunshinetour.co.uk) for eligibility and entry to Championships.

Please refer to Northill Equestrian for full Terms and Conditions 1. The judges’ decision is final. 2. All instructions by officials, stewards and volunteers of the show must be adhered to. 3. Any objections must be made in writing to the secretary with 15 minutes of the class ending. A £15 deposit will be taken and returned if the objection is upheld. 4. Organisers reserve the right to cancel or adjust classes without prior notice. 5. No refunds unless the class is cancelled. 6. No responsibility for loss or damage to person, property, animal or vehicle will be accepted by the landowners or organisers. 7. No galloping on the showground 8. All stallions over 2 years of age must be bitted and under control at all times and are not to be shown by anyone under 14 years of age. 9. All hats must meet current British standards and must be worn, at all times, whilst mounted. These include, but are not limited to, standards: PAS015:2011,Snell E2016 onwards with official label, ASTM-F1163 2004a onwards with the SEI mark. All handlers under 14years of age must wear a hat as above and suitable, heeled footwear whilst on the showground. 10. No horse or pony under the age of 4 may be ridden within the venue. 11. All entrants for M&M classes must be shown in their natural state. 12. Riders on lead rein may not enter another class off lead rein. 13. Riders/handlers age as of day of the show. 14. Dogs welcome on a short lead. They may not enter the arenas or yard. Please clean up after your dog. Do not leave dogs in hot cars. 15. Please take your litter home or dispose of in the bins provided. 16.Grooms entering the show ring must be suitably dressed. 17. The venue will do their best to provide suitable ground but please be mindful of unlevel surfaces and wear suitable footwear. 18: Children should be supervised, at all times. 19: Riding and handling horses and ponies carries risks. All riders and handlers should be competent and confident at the activity in which they are partaking to minimise the risks. All necessary and sensible protective equipment should be used. 20. All dogs must be kept on short leads and may not enrer the main yard or warm ups/show rings.21. It is the competitors responsibility to be on time for their class, the organisers accept no responsibility for announcing the start of classes. 22. It is the judges decision whether to allow you to enter the class if you arrive late. 23. Entry for the class will close once the judge commences judging of that class.
