We are pleased to provide a training day with Monty Roberts Instructor Joanna Lowes, at her property Coetir Bach Equestrian, Cross Hands, Llanelli. Joanna has a wide range of skills in training horses for all kinds of situations. More information can be found on Joanna's website.
The day will be split into two sessions a.m and p.m with 6 horses and their handler/rider in each session. Each attendee may attend only 1 session with 1 horse, in order to give as many people as possible the chance to take part.
The morning session 9:30-12:00 is for beginner ridden partnerships and In-hand partnerships.
The afternoon session 1:00-3:30 is for ridden intermediate/advanced partnerships.
Each session will involve some time indoors, without horses, talking about how horses learn and how to help them with scary obstacles. There will also be time outside in the large arena, practising obstacles with input from Jo and advice on scoring and rules from Dani & Chris.
Spectators are welcome and participants are also welcome to observe the session that they are not involved in.

The cost is £6 as a spectator.

In line with the Red Kite TREC Group Refund Policy; in the event of a withdrawal before the closing date, you will be given credit for future events or your entry will be transferred for free, to a future event.  Only in exceptional cases will money be refunded to the entrant's bank account. If a withdrawal occurs after the closing date, no credit or entry transfer will be given, except in exceptional circumstances. Non-successful entrants on the waiting list will be credited or refunded their entrance fee.
