Initial Entries close a week before the competition. Late entries accepted, is space at £2.00 extra per class.
Payment Details & Event Fees
- ALL CLASSES ARE PRE-ENTRY INCLUDING CLEAR ROUND – DRAWN ORDER TIMES WILL BE GIVEN 1 DAY BEFORE THE COMPETITION.
- IF YOU MISS YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE.
- Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
ROSETTES 1ST TO 6TH
RESULTS FOR PLACINGS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE AT THE END OF THE DAY. Christmas Chocolates for 1st place.
Trailblazers Qualifier. This is a direct qualifier with heights from 60cm to 1m for Seniors and Juniors and for Seniors on ponies, heights from 60cm – 80cm. The top 8 in the class qualify, regardless of the number of starts or clear rounds. Qualification cards £12.00 each, available from office.
- All competitions are pre-entry only, no refund or transfer is possible after initial close of entries date as published on the schedule.
- All withdrawals to be made via e-mail please.
- The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
- For withdrawals before the published closing date refunds of the Entry Cost can be made less £3.00 Admin Fee alternatively, we can offer a free transfer to another event.
- No refunds or transfers can be made during the late entry period unless we are able to replace it from a wait list.
- Please see relevant rule books for additional policies in place for British Dressage, British Show Jumping and British Eventing.
- Abandonment Policy In the case of abandonment of a competition for any reason we will offer a free transfer towards an alternative competition – or a refund minus a £3.00 admin fee. The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases
🐴 West Wilts Equestrian Centre – Competitor Rules & Information 💻 All entries and payments must be made online. 🦠 Infectious Disease Precautions - All horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases, including (but not limited to) Equine Herpes Virus (EHV), Equine Influenza or Strangles.
- Horses must not have been in contact with, or be kept on the same premises as, a horse known to have or be under investigation for the neurological form of EHV, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Viral Arteritis.
📋 Health & Safety Guidelines - All activities will be conducted in accordance with advice from the relevant national body.
- Any social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
⚠️ Horse & Pony Safety - Horses/ponies must NOT be left tied up outside unattended.
- 🚛 Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
🔢 Rider Numbers & Times - Please print/make your own allocated rider number or use your number discs.
- Numbers will be allocated with times.
- Your number must be worn at all times and must be easily readable.
- ⏰ You are expected to ride at your allocated times. Failure to do so may result in being unable to compete.
🏇 Warm-Up & Competition Arenas - No spectators or filming are allowed in any warm-up or competition arenas. Please use the designated viewing areas.
- Warm-up time may be limited to an estimated 30–40 minutes, depending on the number of horses permitted in the arena.
🧹 Lorry Park - Please clear up any droppings or hay in the lorry park. 🐕 Dogs - Dogs are welcome but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times and all dog poo MUST be bagged and binned.
- 🚫 No exceptions.
