- YOU MUST WEAR EITHER A NUMBER BIB OR BRIDLE/ SADDLE NUMBERS (YOU MUST WEAR TWO, ONE ON BOTH SIDES) or A NUMBER BIB WITH NUMBER FRONT AND BACK.
- NO NUMBER YOUR ROUND WILL NOT COUNT COMPETITIVELY. ONE NUMBER YOU WILL HAVE 2 MARKS DEDUCTED AS PER BD RULES.
- FOR THE JUMPING PHASE: Body protectors and helmets WITHOUT a fixed peak must be worn by all riders and they MUST be of current BRITISH EVENTING standards.
- NO FIXED PEAKS ARE ALLOWED
- ONLY BATON STYLE WHIPS WILL BE ALLOWED AS PER THE BRITISH SHOWJUMPING RULE BOOK. NO OTHER WHIPS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Online entries only. Entries close 7 days before the competition. Late entries will be accepted online up to 2 days before if space allows at £3.00 extra per class.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

ROSETTES 1ST TO 6TH - PRIZE VOUCHER: £30.00, £20.00, £12.00 (in the ratio of 1 prize for every 5 completed starters)
RESULTS WILL BE PUBLISHED ONLINE. PRIZE WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A VOUCHER FOR USE AGAINST ENTRY FEE TO ANY WEST WILTS COMPETITION ONLINE ENTRY.
- All competitions are pre-entry only, no refund or transfer is possible after initial close of entries date as published on the schedule.
- All withdrawals to be made via e-mail please.
- The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
- For withdrawals before the published closing date refunds of the Entry Cost can be made less £3.00 Admin Fee alternatively, we can offer a free transfer to another event.
- No refunds or transfers can be made during the late entry period unless we are able to replace it from a wait list.
- Please see relevant rule books for additional policies in place for British Dressage, British Show Jumping and British Eventing.
- Abandonment Policy In the case of abandonment of a competition for any reason we will offer a free transfer towards an alternative competition – or a refund minus a £3.00 admin fee. The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
🐴 West Wilts Equestrian Centre – Competitor Rules & Information 💻 All entries and payments must be made online. 🦠 Infectious Disease Precautions - All horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases, including (but not limited to) Equine Herpes Virus (EHV), Equine Influenza or Strangles.
- Horses must not have been in contact with, or be kept on the same premises as, a horse known to have or be under investigation for the neurological form of EHV, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Viral Arteritis.
📋 Health & Safety Guidelines - All activities will be conducted in accordance with advice from the relevant national body.
- Any social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
⚠️ Horse & Pony Safety - Horses/ponies must NOT be left tied up outside unattended.
- 🚛 Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
🔢 Rider Numbers & Times - Please print/make your own allocated rider number or use your number discs.
- Numbers will be allocated with times.
- Your number must be worn at all times and must be easily readable.
- ⏰ You are expected to ride at your allocated times. Failure to do so may result in being unable to compete.
🏇 Warm-Up & Competition Arenas - No spectators or filming are allowed in any warm-up or competition arenas. Please use the designated viewing areas.
- Warm-up time may be limited to an estimated 30–40 minutes, depending on the number of horses permitted in the arena.
🧹 Lorry Park - Please clear up any droppings or hay in the lorry park. 🐕 Dogs - Dogs are welcome but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times and all dog poo MUST be bagged and binned.
- 🚫 No exceptions.
