Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings and payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Mid Sussex Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Special Classes

If you wish a friend/partner to accompany for a day and would like lunch for them, please add class 1 onto your entry. Evening Demo tickets available seperately for non campers! 

Camping in lorries on site, but student accomodation is available at the cost £46/night (single room with en suite and shared kitchen) - see sundry items

There will be the use of 1 student accomodation en-suite bathroom available for those 'camping' to have access to shower facilities

Single Day spaces, along with individual polework & SJ spaces maybe made available should not all full weekend spaces sell out

Refreshments:

Breakfast & Lunch provided Saturday & Sunday

Dinner - Friday - buffet, everyone bring something to all share. Saturday, food available to purchase

Withdrawals/Refunds
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due by 30/04/2027. Failure to pay the remaining balance means that we will re-advertise your place.
Your deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. 
In the event of withdrawal for whatever reason, no refund will be made. Mid-Sussex Riding Club will try to fill your space, in which case you may receive a partial refund but this is not guaranteed and entrants should assume no refund will be made. 
 
Mid Sussex seeks to foster a friendly and supportive environment and to leave a good impression on the trainers and the venues we employ. Any entrant that exhibits behaviour that contradicts this or could cause reputational degradation of other entrants or the club will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Stabling provided Fri PM - Sun PM

Friday afternoon/evening - schooling available, buffet dinner & quiz/games night

Saturday daytime- 30min individual Ridden Flatword session with Jody Haswell & either 60min group polework or SJ with Russell Cooper

Saturday Evening - Demo 'Prelim to PSG' with Leanne Wall, List 1 BD Judge, and Jody Haswell, GP Rider

Sunday - 30min individual flatwork with Leanne Wall, Dressage Competition & Templespa guided Facial experience. Weighbridge & nutrition consultation with Saracen Horse Feeds Advisor (TBC)

Public Liability

This event is organised by Mid Sussex Riding Club and is primarily intended for members. Non-members wishing to participate must hold valid personal liability insurance that covers equestrian activities. By attending or taking part in this event, non-members confirm that they have adequate personal liability insurance in place. Mid Sussex Riding Club accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss incurred by non-members or their horses during the course of the event. Participation is at your own risk.
