Entries open on My Riding Life the day after the previous competition, and will close Thursday 6pm (for Saturday dates) and 6pm Friday (for Sunday competitions)

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Burbage Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Neither Burbage Riding Club or any of its officers, assistants or stewards shall in any way be responsible for any loss, injury or damages that may happen to exhibitors or their assistants or other members of the public, or to any animal or property or to any vehicle brought into the Showground or on any premises used in conjunction with the Show, or while entering or leaving the same.

It is necessary all exhibitors carry Public Liability Insurance for an adequate Indemnity to protect against their negligence including any injury caused by their animals or property.

You accept being around horses and riding at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions. You may fall off and could be injured, or be injured by another horse. By entering you accept these risks. It is advisable you take out your own Personal Accident insurance to cover you against the risks of injury

 Photography

We do have a photographer on site at all shows. Their photographs maybe used on social media, or to publicise  future events. We will assume your permission for this unless you notify us otherwise via email to  committee@burbageridingclub.co.uk

 PLEASE NOTE SPOT CHECKS MAY BE MADE FRO UP TO DATE EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCIDNATION - please ensure that you travel with your passpport, if you do not have it for checking entry maybe refused to the site and no refund will be given. Please include a note on your booking if the horses stable name and passport name do not match so we can identify if your passport is checked.  You can avoid the wait to get yours checked by sending photos of the front page and vaccinations  to our facebook page or committee@burbageridingclub.co.uk  prior to the even (by 6pm the night before)
