Show Information

We look forward to welcoming you to Easton College for our Evening Clear Round. To help ensure the event is safe, enjoyable, and runs smoothly for everyone, please note the following:

  • There is no access to the yard at any time. Water is available outside the indoor school.
  • Toilets are available in the Bacon Centre (the building closest to the car park).
  • Horse passports must be presented to a steward before unloading so that vaccination checks can be completed.
  • No grazing or tying horses outside lorries or trailers.
  • Please pick up any droppings and clear away any hay, bedding, or other waste before leaving the site.
  • The warm-up arena will be outdoors, with the competition course located indoors.
  • Additional entries may be accepted on the day, subject to time availability. Please bring cash if you wish to enter extra rounds.
  • Horse welfare is our priority. Any unkind or excessive riding observed by stewards may result in riders being asked to adjust their riding. Failure to do so may lead to elimination from the competition.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you and wish everyone an enjoyable evening of riding! 🐴
