Denise will be holding grouped sessions. Denise is a local trainer teaching both polework and flatwork on the circuits. She has a very empathetic approach.

Sessions starting from 10am, groups of 3-4 riders, one hour sessions.

Denise will scale up or down poles and raised poles and will work towards your groups abilities.

Cost £35 per person. Only 8 spaces.
