Stable Booking Information
  • Stables are allocated by the Equine Centre team and specific stable requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • To assist with stable allocation, please provide details of the horse(s) you are booking for in the comments section (e.g. mare, foal, youngster, stallion, etc.) as well as the lentgh of your stay (day stable or overnight stable)
  • Please also state your preferred bedding type in the comments section:
    • Straw
    • Shavings
  • Hay is available to purchase at an additional cost.
  • On arrival, all owners/riders must report to the Equine Office with their horse's passport for the required checks and to receive site information, including parking instructions.
  • Stables must be completely emptied before departure. Failure to do so will result in £50 penalty fare. 

Biosecurity Requirements

To protect the health and welfare of all horses on site, strict biosecurity measures are in place including:

  • No hand grazing is permitted anywhere on the College grounds.
  • Tools and wheelbarrows are not to be borrowed without prior arrangement with the yard manager.
  • Horses and handlers must remain within the designated isolation yard and stable area allocated to them.
  • Access to other stabling and yard areas is not permitted.

Payment Details & Event Fees

£40 pounds per stable including bedding.
Please note, the stables need to be mucked out completely before departure, failure to do so will result in £50 fine.
