Show Information

 Only enter if you have qualified at one of our shows in July, August or September. You will only be permitted into the show rings if you provide your qualification card. If you have lost your card please see the secretary on the day. 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance . You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Ockley Barn Farm Horse Show.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
All Classes £15 each. 

Prize Information

 Special prizes on the day plus lots of rosettes and sashes to give away.

Special Classes

All class champions and reserve class champions go forward to our supreme end of year championship class at the end of the day. 

Terms & Conditions

1. All competitors are responsible for themselves, their horse or pony and equipment. 2. Ockley Barn Farm can not accept responsibility for any theft of equipment, damage or injuries to people or horses on the show ground. 3. The judges decision is final. 4. The judge has the right to ask anyone to leave the show rings. 5. All trailers and lorries to be parked in the designated area. 6. Warming up of horses to happen in warm up ring only. 7. No lunging in the warm up ring. 8. Horses are not to be left unattended outside of trailer or lorry. 9. All droppings are to be picked up by owners and not left on the field. 10. All competitors are to sign a disclaimer prior to taking animals out of trailer or lorry and this is to be completed at the secretary stand. 11. All rubbish is to be put in the bins provided. 12. Ockley Barn Farm reserves the rights to ask competitors to leave the show ground should there be any mistreatment of animals or unacceptable behaviour. 13. In the event of the ground conditions not being suitable all competitors entries will be moved over to the next show. 14. Showground will be open from 7:30 am and will close after supreme championship. 15. Only competitors who have qualified will be allowed to compete. 16. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, if entered and you have not qualified not only will you not be allowed to compete but will not be issued a refund.
