Entries for all classes close prompt at 6pm on Sunday 27th September 2026. Qualifiers take a lot of planning and an army of volunteers to deliver. As your hosting club, we’d love to invite volunteers from across the area to support the smooth running of the event. In return you’ll receive food and refreshments as well as vouchers for further entries or arena hire. Please email lyndsay@solihullridingclub.co.uk if you can spare a couple of hours. Rules Eligibility for all classes can be found in the current BRC Handbook (page 86) and rule amendments 2026 on BRC website. All compettors must be a BRC member and be on the BRC Database by midday the Friday before the qualifier. Anyone failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified and informed by BRC HQ when the results are processed. This competition will run under BRC Rules, anyone in attendance will be bound by the BRC Code of Conduct. It is important that all compettors are aware of the rules relating to this competition – please see the current BRC Handbook and also the BRC Rule Amendments and Changes Document which can be found at the link below: htps://www.bhs.org.uk/britsh-riding-clubs/brc-downloads/brc-handbook/ To compete and qualify for BRC championships, all entrants must have a valid club membership AND a valid competition pass, which can be purchased via the BRC Sport80 portal. Any member competing at a qualifier without both club membership and a competition pass will be disqualified.
This is a qualifier for the SEIB British Riding Clubs Winter dressage championships to be held on 23rd – 25th April 2027 at Arena UK, Allington Lane, Allington, Grantham, NG32 2EF

Please state clearly on your online entry the CLUB AND TEAM NAME YOU ARE COMPETING FOR All entries to be made ONLINE via the Solihull RC website. PLEASE NOTE ALL HORSES MUST BE MICROCHIPPED All HORSES MUST HAVE HAD A FLU VACCINATION WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE COMPETITION AND NOT WITHIN THE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. A copy of the flu vaccination and microchip MUST be sent to Tony Parker BEFORE the event: a5passports@gmail.com
Rosettes to 6th in all classes – Please bring or post an A5 SAE with a “large” stamp if you will not be here at the end of the class.
WITHDRAWALS • Please inform us of withdrawals as soon as possible. REFUND POLICY • No refunds after close of withdrawals at 9am 28th September 2026
HATS must be worn whenever mounted. All hats must have a visible PINK BRC / PC / BE hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competng. CORRECT dress & footwear with defned heels must be worn. ALL horses and ponies must be four years old and over. ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discreton, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is fnal. INSURANCE Each compettor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover. HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautons to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effectve everyone must take all reasonable precautons to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructons of the organisers and all the ofcials and stewards. Those atending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organiser of the event. Please do not leave unatended horses ted to lorries and no hay nets to be ted to the outside of lorries or trailers. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all tmes.
