Show Information

 1 hour group polework lessons starting with poles then more involved poles. then gridwork.  We can accomodate most requests but contact Sharron to discuss.  PLEASE BRING YOUR PASSPORT WITH YOU TO SHOW CURRENT FLU VACCINATION.
