Payment Details & Event Fees
£40 per hour, additional horses £5 extra per hour.

Withdrawals/Refunds
The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Arena Hire – we operate a 48hr cancellation policy. After this time no refund or transfer can be made then cost refunded less £3.00 admin fee.

Terms & Conditions

No horses/ponies are to be tied on lorry park and left unattended
Please clear up any hay and droppings from the lorry park or a fine of £5 will incur
Riders and Instructors must have their own Public Liability Insurance
Swiss Eventing Ltd and Looper LLP do not accept any liability for injuries and incidents incurred while using the hire facilities
Droppings must be removed from indoor facilities and feet must be picked out when leaving the arena
Any damages must be reported and may be charged.
Dogs must stay on a lead at all times.
Horses must be up to date with vaccinations
All horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases or not have been in contact with horses known to have diseases like Equine Herpes Virus, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Arteritis
