Week 5 – Give Giving to others through kind gestures, time or thoughtful words is linked to improved mental wellbeing and a stronger sense of community. Small everyday acts like smiling, expressing gratitude or lending a hand can make a meaningful impact.
9.00am Welcome and breakfast (choose from granola, yogurt and fruit, porridge or beans on toast with tea, coffee or juice)
9.30 – 11.00am Indoor and outdoor activities centred around the theme of the week
11.00 am Cake and tea/coffee available from the café (additional cost)

Join Kerry Duffy, a mental health practitioner with over 20 years’ experience, for an experience that blends gentle walks and movement with mental health wellbeing practices, in a small group. Sessions take place indoors and outside within the grounds of Solihull Riding Club
Payment Details & Event Fees
Telephone entries will no longer be taken - all entries should be made online at www.solihullridingclub.co.uk/events Should you wish to book onto all events, please get in touch with the office directly. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Cost: £17.50 per week, or £80 for the entire programme.
Please contact the Centre to book all 5 Sessions.
Places are limited to ten per group.
Food & drink available from the on-site café. Breakfast included in the cost.
No refunds or transfers. If we cancel due to lack of bookings, we will refund, bookings will not be carried over.
ENTRIES SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever.
HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
