Rules:
This competition is run under current British Riding Clubs rules. The current BRC Handbook and Rule Amendments document can be found on: https://www.bhs.org.uk/british-riding-clubs/brchandbook/

Entries:
1. Riders are required to have a valid competition pass with the name of the horse they are competing listed on the pass. 2. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, the eligibility table can be found here: https://www.bhs.org.uk/british-riding-clubs/brchandbook/ 3. Horses can only compete in 2 consecutive classes (ie 60 & 70, or 90 & 100) 4. All team members will also compete as individuals. The classes have been separated for entry purposes. 5. This competition will be run as a Single Phase – each horse will jump one round with the second half of the round being timed – as per BRC rules Option 1 6. No refunds after close of entries. 7. Team Managers Please email becca@munsteadhorsetrials.co.uk with a clear list of who is in which team (especially if you have multiple teams) and any requests once you have submitted your entries. I have tried to make the online entry as simple as possible – you will enter everyone as an individual and I will sort them into teams when I download the entries to import to Riding Club Results. Times/Running orders will be emailed back asap after close of entries. 8. There will be a Beech Farm Open Section after the Riding Club Sections at each height, that will be open to all. If you wish to enter one of those sections please select the appropriate class on the entry form. Tack & Turnout: 1. All riding hats must have a visible current BRC/BE/PC pink hat tag 2. A body protector is not mandatory for this competition but can be worn. 3. Riders wearing Exo-Body cages, in which the BETA Level 3 2009 Purple Label, must inform the official steward/organiser before the event.

Health and Safety guidelines: As per BRC and Beech Farm Rules

Flu Vaccinations & Microchips
Your horse must have up to date influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Handbook. There is also a downloadable flu vac checking spreadsheet available to check the flu vaccination: BRC Downloads | The British Horse Society (bhs.org.uk) under ‘Competitions’.

Flu Vaccs will be checked on site in the morning before you compete. Please bring your horses Passort/Flu Vaccs to the Horsebox that will be by the entrance to the SJ arena, along with your hat if it needs tagging BEFORE you ride. Team Managers please ensure that your teams all have up to date vaccinations – it is always so awkward having to turn people away on the day because their vaccinations are not correct!
