Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings & payment in advance online via My Riding Life.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Wood Farm Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Cost: £20 per horse. Additional horses £5.00 each (Max 4 horses per session)

Withdrawals/Refunds

 No refunds.

Terms & Conditions

Riders participate entirely at their own risk. By hiring the arena riders ackowledge the inherent risks associated with equestrian activities, including the risk of injury to themselves or their horses. Wood Farm Equestrian accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or expenses arising from riding in the arena. All riders are responsible for ensuring that they and their horses are fit and suitably prepared to participate, and that appropriate safety equipment is worn at all times. Please take note of the following rules and conditions when hiring our lovely arena. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of session, without refund, and expulsion from the site.
Please note, our equine centre is monitored by 24/7 cctv and is located in the middle of a busy working farm. Please be respectful of this.
It is essential that you keep to your booked time slot. Bookings can be made on the hour and half hour and must NOT be exceeded. Please make sure you are mindful of other riders.
Before leaving the arena please return the course to 90cm/ 1m.
There is no lighting around the arena so please remember this when booking a later appointment.
Please ensure all droppings are picked up before you leave, from both the arena and around your vehicle, a £50 surcharge will be payable if they are not removed.
No dogs in the arena. All dogs outside the arena must be kept on a leash.
Please report any breakages immediately, replacements will be charged at cost from Jump 4 Joy. (CCTV will be inspected if breakages are not reported incurring an automatic £80 penalty).
Do not change the set course, please leave the course exactly as you find it.
A riding hat MUST be worn at all times when mounted.
No lunging in the arena.
No horses and ponies to be left tied to trailers or lorries unattended at any time.
Areas around the arena are strictly prohibited - please park in the car park and do not venture into other areas of the yard.
Only bring the number of horses you have booked for to the site. Additional horses will be subjected to our normal fees and an immediate £50 admin charge.
Up to date flu and tetanus vaccinations are required. Spot checks of passports will be actioned at any time.
Transport and equipment is brought to site entirely at the owner’s risk. Wood Farm Equestrian will not be liable for any damage caused whatsoever to vehicles, animals, trailers, lorries or any individuals whilst the hirer is using their facilites.
Photos and videos are permitted but please ensure you have the riders’ permission. Please post responsibly on social media (and please tag us!)
You must arrive no more than 20 minutes before your allocated time and leave no more than 20 minutes after you have finished
