Show Information

This is a chance to hire an AF-ready 20x60 dressage arena ahead of the event itself.  You are welcome to bring your own trainer (please ensure they have adequate insurance in place) and use the warm up arena for as long as you want prior to your arena hire.

 

Please note 2 riders are able to book the use of the arena for each 30 min slot.  We have 2 arenas.  For the purposes of the AFs, arena 1 is the arena closest to the warm up and arena 2 the furthest.  The arena your AF test is in will be displayed on the times when they are published.  As we are not able to release the times until we get the okay from BD, it is possible you will not know which arena your AF test is in when you do your arena hire, so what we will try to do is to put a post on our Facebook page (Brook Farm TC events) on Sunday, 2nd August to say which tests will be in which arena.  In the unlikely event you are sharing your arena slot hire with a rider who has their AF test in the same arena as yours, please be sensible and accommodating re this, and be prepared to share if necessary - we do not have any issue with your arena hire running over time in the event of a double booking, but you will also need to be respectful if a rider has a booking after yours.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

 

30 mins £20 per slot, 1 other horse at an extra £10 per session allowed - max 2 horses

HATS all riders must wear correctly fitting approved protective headgear conforming to GV1, ASTM, PAS015, SE1 or Snell E2001 carrying the BS kitemark and must be corectly fastened at all times.

Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 48hrs of your hire. Prior to this we will offer the option to transfer your hire to another suitable date / time.

Horseboxes to park in the lorry park.

People are not permitted into any other areas of the complex apart from the outdoor arena and to and from the outdoor arena from lorry park.

ARENA AND WARM UP TO BE SKIPPED OUT AFTER USE.
