Terms & Conditions
1. The organisers, landowners and Heythrop hunt take no responsibility / liability for any loss / damage coursed to anyone(s) attending this event. 2. Anyone entering this event, does so at their own risk. 3. All ponies / horses must be 4 years of age from 01/01/2026. 4. All children must be accompanied by an adult of 18 year + to attend this event> 5. All ponies / horses must be tacked up correctly when mounted and hard hats must be worn. 6. All hard hats must be to currents standards. 7. All jumping classes will run under Pony Club rules (please check the Pony club website to read up on the rules) 8. The judge's decision is final. 9. No rider under the age of 16 year is eligible to wear spurs in any showing class. 10. Horses / ponies must be of a suitable size for the competitor to be riding. 11. Whips must not exceed 45cm. 12. Bullying or aggressive behaviour in any form towards other competitors will not be tolerated and may end in a disqualification.
