Show Information

Rebecca Drane Dressage is led by UKCC Level 3 coach Rebecca Drane, who has over 16 years of industry experience training and competing horses from young horse level through to PSG/Inter I. Rebecca has proudly represented Great Britain through Ponies, Juniors and Young Riders, and has competed internationally at Small Tour level. Rebecca offers positive, supportive coaching tailored to horse and rider combinations of all levels, with a focus on correct training, confidence building and helping partnerships achieve their goals. Her supportive and encouraging approach helps riders develop both their understanding and enjoyment of training, whether aiming for competition success or simply improving their partnership with their horse. Rebecca is DBS checked, First Aid trained and is passionate about making training enjoyable and rewarding for both horse and rider.

Payment Details & Event Fees

45min shared pole work lessons in pairs. £30.00 per person.
£50.00 per person individual pole work lesson.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the clinic date will receive a full refund or transfer to another clinic, at the organiser’s discretion.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the clinic are non-refundable unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.
• If the place is filled, a refund will be issued less any administration fee (if applicable).
• Riders may find a suitable replacement rider, subject to organiser approval.

3. Waiting List
• A waiting list will be operated where possible.
• Riders on the waiting list will be contacted in order should a place become available.

4. Organiser Cancellation
• In the unlikely event that the clinic is cancelled by Rebecca Drane Dressage, riders will be offered either:
o a full refund, or
o transfer of payment to a future clinic.

5. Horse Health Requirements
• All horses attending must be in good health and free from any infectious or contagious disease.
• Horses showing signs of illness may be refused entry.
• It is recommended that horses are vaccinated in accordance with current industry guidelines.

6. Rider Responsibility
• Riders participate entirely at their own risk.
• Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All riders must wear correctly fitted and current standard riding hats when mounted.
• Appropriate footwear and safe riding attire must be worn at all times.

7. Liability
• Neither Rebecca Drane Dressage nor the venue owners accept liability for any accident, injury, loss, damage or theft to persons, horses, vehicles or property, however caused.
• Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal accident and public liability insurance.

8. Dogs
• Dogs are not welcome on the property, if they are in the horsebox/vehicle please remain in the vehicle.

9. Behaviour & Conduct
• Rebecca Drane Dressage reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the venue if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.

10. Photography & Social Media
• Photographs and videos may be taken during clinics and used by Rebecca Drane Dressage for promotional purposes on social media, the website and other marketing materials.
• If you do not wish images of yourself to be used, please notify the organiser before the clinic.

11. Punctuality
• Riders should arrive at least 20 minutes before their allocated session time.
• Late arrival may result in reduced lesson time without refund.

12. Venue Rules
• Please park considerately and follow all instructions given by venue staff or organisers.
• Please leave the venue tidy and remove all droppings, hay and litter from parking areas.

13. Force Majeure
• Rebecca Drane Dressage reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel clinics due to adverse weather, venue issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
