In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes will be withheld. Rule - 76.6. Open to non-registered or British Showjumping Club competitors on horses and ponies. Senior riders should be turning 17 years old or older in the current year. Stallions are not permitted to jump in any Club classes. Qualifying period: 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2020 Numbers to qualify: The Top 20 from each of the four height category league tables, will qualify for the National Club Championships held at the British Showjumping National Championships. Club registered horse(or pony)/rider combinations are eligible to qualify and in more than one height category. Points 1st = 12, 2nd = 10, 3rd = 8, 4th = 6, 5th = 4, 6th = 3. Double Clear Points = 3. Points are allocated depending on the number of starters; every one in five registered starters is eligible for points. If you gain a double clear you will receive three points regardless of starters. If a combination competes in more than two consecutive height classes per show day only the points from the bigger classes will be graded. British Showjumping Boots / Leg Protection Ruling applies to this class, in accordance with Rule 102.15. Failure to comply will incur disqualification.

Four double clears will qualify - in accordance with rule 312.6 (b) For all horses born on or after 1st January 2014, irrespective of Points. Horses will only be eligible for double clear qualification to Second Rounds if they reach the age of six years or under in the same calendar year as the Newcomers Final - in accordance with Rule 312.6. Qualifies for: Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round. Qualifying period:The Senior NewcomersSecond Round qualifying period for 2019/2020 (2020 second rounds and finals) is 1 June - 31 May inclusive. The Senior Newcomers Second Round qualifying period for 2020/2021 (2021 second rounds and finals) is 1 May – 30 April (subject to revision). PLEASE BE AWARE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ONCE CLASSES ARE FULL.  The final closing date for entries will be midday on Wednesday 15th June.  ANY WITHDRAWALS MADE BEFORE THIS CUT OFF DATE WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A £5 ADMINISTRATION FEE.  ANY WITHDRAWAL AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY SORT.

Closing date for stabling SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO FIRST DAY OF SHOW. 

 

ANY STABLING CANCELLED AFTER MIDDAY ON Thursday 9th JUNE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS RESOLD, IN WHICH CASE A £10 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

CONDITIONS OF STABLING
1. Overnight stables will be let for the duration of the show only.
2. Bedding is not provided, shavings/hay can be brought on the showground. No Paper bedding please.
3. Anyone found using unallocated stables will be charged at the full rate for the entirety of the show.
4. All stables must be mucked out before you leave. Please only use the muck-heaps provided.
5. Day Stables will be at a price of £15.00 per day, subject to availability.
6. One vehicle only per electric hook-up, adjoined vehicles will be charged at the full rate of £90.

Prize Information

 Prize money will be sent the week after the show.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU FILL A FORM IN AT THE SECRETARIES IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE MONEY.

Tickets to ride must now be purchased from British Showjumping.  The good news is the cost is less. £5 for the horse and rider combination for the day.

Withdrawals/Refunds

 

 Affiliated shows are required to repay 50% of the entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations which are received by the show organiser not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the show is scheduled to start except in those circumstances outlined in Rule 79.5.  After that time, no refund will be paid.
