Show Information

Come and compete in the stunning surroundings of Frickley Park Horse Trials. Enjoy an exciting day of Arena Eventing, featuring a brand-new course and fences for 2026.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of it – this event also acts as a qualifier for the Eland Lodge National Hunter Trials Championship (26th–27th September 2026).

Classes

70cm, 80cm and 90cm

Course Format

Competitors will jump a course of 8 - 10 showjumps followed immediatley by a minimum of 10 cross-country style fences, finishing with a Joker fence set at 10cm higher than the class height. 

Provisional Schedule

9:00am - Course walk opens

10.00am - 70cm Class

12:00pm - 80cm Class

2:30pm - 90cm Class

(Approximate times - final times will be confirmed after entries close)

Withdrawls refunded less £15.00 Admin Fee up to Friday 14th August 2026 10AM

Horse/ Rider/ Class change £5 Admin Fee per change

Terms & Conditions

Important information

  1.  No stopwatches or timing equipment allowed
  2.  Body protectors up to current standard (2018 onwards) must be worn
  3.  Any outside interference may result in disqualification.
  4. Cross Country Kit must be worn
  5. Objections must be lodged with the secretary with a £20 deposit (refunded if proven) within 15 minutes of the class closing
  6. The Officials reserve the right to refuse entry to, or evict, from any class any person(s):

a- that behaves in an irresponsible or offensive manner.

b- Whose horse/pony they consider unfit to compete.
