Entries received after each closing date must be accompanied by a Late entry fee (£2 per class) and will only be accepted if space available.
 

The competition will be run over a set course of pole obstacles numbered 1-10.  Some obstacles will be a series of poles and there will be some raised poles within the course.

Penalties will be given as follows:

Knocked raised poles.                        4 faults

Error of course:  First error.                 4 faults

                     Second error.                 8 faults

                       Third error.              Elimination

Fall of horse or rider.                      Elimination

There is no time limit.

Each obstacle will be scored out of 10 on accuracy and style.  

Clear rounds will be awarded a clear round rosette.

The placings are determined from those with the fewest faults first then the highest marks from the accuracy and style sheet.

Hobby Horse can be hired on the day for £2 cash.

Booster Vaccinations within the last 12 months and proof of flu vaccinations must be either held or shown before you compete.  Please see website for up to date information.

Rules of the Competition
• The competition will be run in accordance with the Rules and Regulations as laid down by Moreton Equestrian Centre.  Any queries please ask the Secretary.
• All riders compete at their own risk and the organiser or landowner cannot accept any liability for damage, injury or loss to horses, riders, spectators or personal property.
• No horse or pony under 4 years of age may enter.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
• All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• All young children must be kept under control at all times and must not be allowed to play amongst the horses.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, it is the competitor’s responsibility to seek confirmation as to the cancellation of any event.
