Back due to popular demand, we have asked International Showing Judge and Rider, Anna Levy, is holding another showing clinic for the club.
Anna is a panel judge for BSPS, BSHA (British Show Horse Association), Sport Horse Breeding GB and the Racehorse to RH societies. She has judged at all the major UK and International shows, including HOYS, Windsor, Hickstead, and London International, as well as overseas in Australia, South Africa, and Ireland.
She has had a highly successful career producing show horses and ponies, competing at all the major UK shows, notably Hunters, Riding Horse, and Ladies Side Saddle.
The clinic will include topics such as:
• Understanding what type of class your horse is most suitable to compete in.
• Correct turnout for both horse and rider
• Advice on how horses should ‘go’
• Ride* and conformation judges expectations (*where applicable)
• Aims throughout the season, progression, and how to qualify for bigger shows, including London International & Hickstead.
Anna will give plenty of friendly, helpful and constructive advice for anyone who wants to get into showing, or for those who want to improve if already competing.
Finally, you will also have a chance to be talent spotted by Anna for the The Showing Register Amateur Finals in Autumn 2026.
