You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to SMP-Events.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.


A first aid fee of £6.00 is to be paid per rider/handler. Our onsite first aiders are Event Medic Services Ltd. We will have Paramedics, Ambulance and Response Car onsite at all times

There will be plenty of fantastic prizes on offer inc huge trophies, rosettes, sashes.

Withdrawals/Refunds
WITHDRAWALS CAN BE REFUNDED/CREDITED UP TILL 6TH AUGUST 23:59
 
MINUS A 10% ADMIN FEE (NOT INC THE ONLINE BOOKING FEE)
After this time entries only be refunded/credited as above if we can resell your entries,
We will not be able to sell entries on your behalf whilst entries remain open.
Our office time within the final 10days is limited to essential work, this means we may not be able
to deal with the transactions of selling your entries, but you are welcome to sell yourself.
Entries can only be sold for the same arena you have entered up till times are set, after this time they can only be sold for the classes you have entered.
 
If you sell your own entries it is your responsibility to email us the changes, changes will only be made via email from the account holder.
Name changes can only take place up till 9pm the day before competition, after this time no name changes will be accepted.
 
We do not accept vets or doctors certificates within the final 10 days, nor covid, transport or traffic issues.
