Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

60min slots £30 per hour incl 2 horses
Lights £10 per session from 4pm.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refund only applicable if we are notified by text at least 48 hours before sessions start time

Terms & Conditions

Please refer to the Brook Farm website for full Terms & Conditions: ww.brookfarmtc.co.uk. COVID 19: All people attending Brook Farm must follow the relevant GUIDELINES WITHOUT FAIL.
HATS all riders must wear correctly fitting approved protective headgear conforming to GV1, ASTM, PAS015, SE1 or Snell E2001 carrying the BS kitemark and must be corectly fastened at all times.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 48hrs of your hire. Prior to this we will offer the option to transfer your hire to another suitable date/ time.
You must wear gloves and adhere to social distancing.
If you are not bringing members from your own household then you are only allowed to bring one other person and to adhere to social distancing at 2 metres apart.
Children not to attend unless they are at the age that they understand and can adhere to social distancing.
Horseboxes to park in the lorry park.
People are not permitted into any other areas of the complex apart from the outdoor arena and to and from the outdoor arena from lorry park.
Bring your own buckets and water for horses as you are not allowed to touch our taps.
Only show jumps and gateway and poo bucket and rake can be touched with people wearing gloves.
ARENA TO BE SKIPPED OUT AFTER USE.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE HERE IN PLENTY OF TIME AND DO NOT OVER RUN YOUR TIME SLOT.
