Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Chobham & District Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Terms & Conditions

1. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry or entries and to cancel any lesson/s (refunding any fees paid). Under normal circumstances, fees will not be refunded unless a vet’s or doctor’s certificate is produced. An administrative cost of £3 per class will be retained by the organiser.

2. All riders to be correctly dressed and hard hats complying with current British Riding Club standards to be worn when mounted with chin straps fastened.

3. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times

4. No ridden horses under 4 years.

5. Health and Safety. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards

6. Spaces will be limited and will be allocated on date of receipt of entry and payment

7. The organiser has the right to refuse entry if any horse welfare is compromised
