Keysoe Riding Club SOULDROP HORSE SHOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All horses must be vaccinated on a 12 month basis. passports may be checked. 2. Non Riding Club/Pony Club competitors must have their own Public Liability and Personal Accident insurance, details should be entered in the notes column on on line entry form. If you do not enter your details, you will be deemed as having accepted that you need and have your own insurance, these details may need to be provided at the Show. 3. The Judge’s decision is final. 4. All instructions from Show officials, stewards & car park attendants must be obeyed. 5. Any objections must be made to the Secretary in writing within 15 mins of the incident. A £10 deposit will be taken, returnable if the decision is upheld. 6. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter any class without notice 7. No entry money will be refunded. 8. The Land owners and organisers are not responsible for any loss/damage to persons, animals, vehicles or property. 9. Skull caps or hard hats with chinstrap, and suitable heeled riding footwear must be worn when mounted. Hardhats must be worn by all exhibitors, 14 years and under, in all in hand classes. Hats should be to the latest standard. If you are not sure if your hat complies, ask at the Secretary's tent and a hat tag/checker will check. 10. Entire colts 2 yrs of age and over must be bitted and under control at all times, and must not be shown by children under 14. No mare under 4 years can be shown with foal. 11. No horse or pony under 4 may be ridden. 12. Riders who are led in one event, cannot enter another class off the lead. 13. Riders/ handlers must be over 4 yrs, ages as at the date of the Show. 14. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and all faeces picked up as livestock graze the field. 15. Please dispose of litter safely.
