The Advanced Roller Doors Trophy will be awarded for the highest winning percentage mark of the day along with a special rosette.

Rosettes will be awarded from 1st – 6th in each class.

There will be a special rosette awarded to the highest placed junior competitor in each class.

There will be a special rosette awarded to the highest placed 60+ combo in each class.

Terms & Conditions

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The show is run under current BRC rules and it is the responsibility of the competitor to be aware of these rules. All riders when mounted, whether competing or not, must wear a hard hat complying with one of the following 2025 specifications and with the strap properly adjusted and fastened.
I) PAS015 (2011) + BSI KITE MARK or INSPECTION IC MARK
II) VG1 01.040 + BSI KITE MARK  or INSPECTION IC MARK
III) ASTM F1163 (2015 OR 2013) + OFFICIAL SEI MARK
IV) SNELL( E2016or E2021)+ OFFICIAL SNELL LABEL AND NUMBER
V) AS/NZS 3838 (2006 ONWARDS) + OFFICIAL SAI GLOBAL MARK 

VI)EN1384:2003 provided they are SI KITE MARK or INSPECTION IC MARK

It is the rider's responsibility to ensure they are wearing hats to the correct standard. Any rider found to be using a hat to a lower specification will be disqualified.

Neither the organisers, Morris E.C, nor anyone acting on their behalf accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any persons, animals or property whatsoever.


BRC affiliated riding club members are covered for Third Party liability under the BRC insurance policy - non members must have their own third party liability cover. This should be available for inspection if/when requested by the secretary.
Any incidents or accidents must be reported to the secretary for recording in the accident book.There will be first aiders present at the show and a vet can be called if required. There will be no vet ior farrier present
All ridden horses/ponies must be at least 4 years of age.
Horses/ponies must only be ridden at walk except in designated warm-up areas. Horses or ponies not to be left unattended whilst tied outside trilers or lorries 

All dogs must be on a short lead at all times.

Complaints must be put in writing and given to the show secretary, accompanied by a £20 deposit, within 15 minutes of the incident complained of. The deposit will be returned if the complaint is upheld by the organising committee.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without having to state a reason.
In respect of any classes at this show which are qualifiers for subsequent championship shows, compliance with any relevant eligibility criteria for these classes is the competitor’s responsibility and not that of the club or show organisers.
If any class has an insufficient number of entries it may be cancelled. Competitors will be given advance notice of cancellation of the class and entry fees will be returned. Entries may be limited.
British Dressage registered horses/ponies must compete at their current level.
Competitors are required to take home any rubbish as a matter of courtesy. Please pick up any droppings from the vicinity of your box/trailer and do not muck out onto the car park.
If any competitor travels to the show alone they are advised to inform the secretary of this and must include contact details on their entry form of who should be contacted in an emergency.

Competitors aged 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult taking full responsibility for their wellbeing and actions. 
Competitors must take all rubbish home as a matter of courtesy and and pick up any horse droppings from the vicinity of their transport .

You understand that official photographs will be taken on the date and give permission for photos to be used and published for publicity and/or information purposes by or on behalf of Polnoon Castle Riders’ Association and BRC.
You agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, times, occupation and age category
Acceptance of the foregoing provisions is a condition of entry.
