• British Novice:
For registered ponies in Grade JD, that have not won a total of 150 Points to be ridden by Junior Members, ages as per Rule 77.12/77.13.
Qualifies for: Pony British Novice Championship Second Rounds. Qualifying period 1st May-30th April inclusive.
Numbers to qualify: Those ponies that jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Pony British Novice First Round competitions held in the qualifying period will qualify to compete in a Pony British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). Ponies in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain their double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular Pony British Novice First Round competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition.
• 80cm Open:
For registered ponies in Grade JA, JC, JD to be ridden by Junior Members
If combined with an open:
In the event of 15 or more starters this class will be split with two sets of prize money. Ponies may enter one section only.

Refunds are strictly in accordance with the BSJA rule 79.5. Entries cancelled before 48hrs of noon of the show day will be refunded at a rate of 50%*. Any entries made or withdrawn within 48hrs before noon of the show day or after will not be subject to a refund or eligible to transfer, unless accompanied by a valid Vet or Doctor’s certificate. *excluding online £1.50 equine affairs booking fee.
Due to limited parking, we ask that horses are not left unattended unless securely boxed and must not be tethered outside. Please park sensibly and close together PARWOOD HAS A NO SMOKING POLICY All dogs, if attending, must be kept on a lead on the showground at all times NO BICYCLES to be ridden on showground It is the responsibility of all participants to clear up their rubbish. Please DO NOT skip out at the venue – take home any droppings made by your horse All ridden horses and ponies must be 4 years of age or over. No entry will be refunded or transferred after the closing date except on production of a medical or veterinary certificate Parwood Equestrian Centre reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes or refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3.00 per entry to cover administration costs. Please respect this and ensure the show ground is kept tidy The judge’s decision is final and any objections must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the incident and accompanied by a £15.00 deposit, which will be refunded if the objection is sustained It is a condition of entry that no responsibility will be accepted by the organisers, Parwood, their representatives or helpers for any loss or damage to spectators, competitors, their horses, grooms, friends or property under any circumstances whatsoever It is the responsibility of all competitors to present themselves in time for the classes in which they are entered Protective headgear, properly secured must be worn at all times when mounted. Hats marked EN1384, PAS015, ASTM F1163, BSEN14572:2005 or SEI. American standard SNELL E2001, ASTM95, SNZ3838 1998. Skullcap hats must be worn with a silk. All competitors must wear correct riding dress.
