All classes are qualifiers for our championship show in September, - to qualify you need to gain 58% or above.

Show Information

Entries close 48 hours prior to the show. No late entries will be taken. If classes are full a waiting list will be kept.


Classes will be judged under BD rules. Bridle numbers OR saddle pad numbers must be worn. ONE ON EACH SIDE
Horses may only enter once in each class competitively.
 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Telephone entries will no longer be taken - all entries should be made online at www.solihullridingclub.co.uk/events
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment. Please check your email to confirm payment was successful.

Prize Information

Rosettes to 10th place.
Vouchers 1st – 3rd overall placings. Vouchers can be redeemed against future entry fees, hire of facilities and membership (50% payment in vouchers maximum – please see terms and conditions)

Withdrawals/Refunds

We regret no refunds will be made once times are issued. No transfers will be made after 9am on the preceding day.

All refunds are subject to a 10% admin fee + £1.50 initial booking fee. 

 

In the event that the venue cancels the event, full refunds will be given minus the £1.50 admin fee.

In the event that the venue reschedules the event, refunds will be given at the organiser’s discretion.
