Ring 1 Morning: In-hand showing classes. Ring starts at 10.30 a.m. Classes will follow on – please allow approx. 30 minutes per class.
Ring 1 Afternoon: Not to start before 1.30 p.m.
Ring 2: Ridden Showing Classes. Ring starts at 9:30 a.m. Classes will follow on – please allow approx. 45 minutes per class.

Ring 3:Clear Round 10-11am  £5:00 on the day exact money please: Classes 16 &17 to follow 

Ring 4:Have a go Handy Pony , rosettes to all. £5.00 on the day cash only (please bring exact amount) at the gate.

There will be limited entries available on the day if space permits: late entry fee £20.00 Please see the show secretary on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Prize Information

Rosettes from 1st to 6th Place
In-hand championship to follow – for 1st and 2nd from each of the above classes. Championship rosette and sash to champion, plus rosette to reserve.
Ridden championship to follow – for 1st and 2nd from each of the above classes. Championship rosette and sash to champion, plus rosette to reserve.

Terms & Conditions

The venue owners have requested horses / ponies are not left unattended when tied outside horseboxes or trailers. Please do not muck out lorries or trailers onto the show ground. 1. All events will be run in accordance with the current BHS Riding Clubs Rules Book. A copy of the relevant Rules Book will be available at the Show Secretary’s Office on the day of the show. 2. The decisions of the judges are final. 3. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of £20, which will be returned if the objection is upheld. 4. Neither the organisers nor the owners of the venue accept liability for any claims in respect of injury or damage to any person, animal or property, how-so-ever caused. 5. The organisers reserve the right to change judges or appoint substitutes and to amend the schedule as necessary. 6. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry made by any persons or cancel any class (refunding all fees paid). 7. Entry fees must be paid at time of entry. No entries will be refunded without a Veterinary Surgeon’s or Doctors certificate. 8. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON SHORT LEADS AT ALL TIMES. 9. A riding or skull cap complying with at least PAS 015 or higher must be worn at all times when mounted with chin-strap fastened. 10. Misuse of spurs or whips will incur elimination. Use of bad language by a competitor will result in them being asked to leave the showground. 11. All competitors must act in a safe and responsible manner at all times. 12. In the event of the show being cancelled, entry fees will be returned (less £2 per competitor to cover administration expenses). 13. All horses and ponies ridden in classes must be 4 years of age or over. 14. Please be advised that photography and/or filming will be taking place at our events. If you do not wish to appear in any images captured, please inform the secretary so that we can take appropriate steps to ensure you are not included. The photographs / film could potentially be included in publicity sent to the local press or in WSRC / BRC Area 11 Riding Club promotional materials in the future and may also be published on the WSRC Riding Club website and social media.
