Lottie Crocker Horses and Tack Shop Ltd. Bale Jumping Competition

1. Acknowledgment of Risks:
I understand that participating in a horse riding competition, including bale jumping, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the potential for serious injury or death resulting from horse interaction, jumping activities, and other related activities.
2. Assumption of Risk:
I voluntarily choose to participate in the Horse Riding Bale Jumping Competition at Lottie Crocker Horses and Tack Shop Ltd. despite these risks. I accept full responsibility for my safety and agree that I am participating entirely at my own risk.
3. Waiver and Release:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Lottie Crocker Horses and Tack Shop Ltd., its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have for injuries or damages arising out of my participation in this competition.
4. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lottie Crocker Horses and Tack Shop Ltd. and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, expenses, and legal fees incurred in connection with any injury or damage resulting from my participation in the event.
5. Judges' Decision:
I understand and agree that the decision of the judges is final. Any disputes or conflicts regarding the judging will be resolved at the sole discretion of the judges.
6. Medical Consent:
In the event of a medical emergency, I grant permission for medical treatment to be administered to me. I also agree to assume responsibility for any medical costs incurred as a result of said treatment.
I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, AND I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS.
