Improve your riding from the ground up!  Rider biomechanics sessions are designed to help you become more balanced, effective, and in tune with your horse. Holly Stuart of Strideforwardphysiotherapy is a qualified human and veterinary physiotherapist with years of experience working with rider and horses. Using a combination of movement analysis, targeted exercises with balls and resistance bands, and practical ridden assessment to create meaningful lasting improvements in position and effectiveness. Choose from either on horse assessment, or both on and off horse assessment.  With the later you will also receive a personalised exercise programme tailored specifically to your body and your riding goals.  Whether youre looking to enhance performance, prevent injury, or feel more secure in the saddle rider biomechanics offer a unique evidence based approach to help you improve your riding.
