Equine Sports UK - Grassroots Championships *Classes notes ES-UK Qual are eligible. This show is affiliated to Equine Sports UK (ESUK) Grassroots Championship taking place at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire on 30 July -1 August 2026. The three highest placed exhibits will qualify in each class
No refunds/ transfers will be processed after the class has closed unless we have to cancel. No refunds will include booking fees paid. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee for significant number of changes

Insurance Neither Burbage Riding Club or any of its officers, assistants or stewards shall in any way be responsible for any loss, injury or damages that may happen to exhibitors or their assistants or other members of the public, or to any animal or property or to any vehicle brought into the Showground or on any premises used in conjunction with the Show, or while entering or leaving the same. It is necessary all exhibitors carry Public Liability Insurance for an adequate Indemnity to protect against their negligence including any injury caused by their animals or property. You accept being around horses and riding at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions. You may fall off and could be injured, or be injured by another horse. By entering you accept these risks. It is advisable you take out your own Personal Accident insurance to cover you against the risks of injury Equine Influnza- please note we will be doing spot cheks, please ensure that you have your horses passport with you for checking if requried- if you are asked to rpoduce it and do not have it, you weill be refused entry onto site, and no refund will be given. Photography We do have a photographer on site at all shows. Their photographs maybe used on social media, or to publicise future events. We will assume your permission for this unless you notify us otherwise via email to committee@burbageridingclub.co.uk
