Show Information

SJ FORMAT

This will be run Single Phase – One round divided into 2 sections, 1st section time allowed, 2nd section against the clock

You must have a valid competition pass for your horse

Horses can only enter classes of 2 consecutive heights (i.e. 80cm and 90cm or 70cm and 80cm). Juniors and seniors may share a horse, provided they compete at consecutive heights or in restricted classes.  For mixed classes a horse may only compete once.

·        Please write clearly on the entry form if you have any special requirements (everyone can’t go last and 1st in the next class)

·        Queries via TEAM MANAGERS ONLY to krctamsyn@gmail.com

·        Running order http://ridingclubresults.co.uk/ from 8th July 2026

·        It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that they have read the rule book and that both the horse and rider are eligible and comply with the rules.

All hats must have a visible HOT PINK BRC/BE/PC hat tag in place before they are worn on the showground, to show that they meet the current safety standards. There will be a trained official available on the day to do this for you if your hat does not currently have one. For up-to-date hat rules please see the current BRC Handbook.

Body Protectors  are not mandatory for this event, although BRC strongly recommend a Level 3 BETA 2018 blue tag on them.  Riders wearing Exo Body Cage protectors must inform the secretary at all events, so as paramedics can be informed.

Flu Vaccinations  Your horse must have up to date influenza vaccinations following rule G7 in the current BRC Handbook. There is also an excel date checker spreadsheet available to download on the BRC website. It is compulsory for all horses to be microchipped. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the horse is chipped and it is traceable.
