1 hourly slots are available between 9am – 7pm.
Gate code 14555 - Please ensure the gate is locked after leaving the field.
CCTV is in operation.
Jumps must not be moved, but heights may be adjusted

Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings & payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Eastgate Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£15 per hour for one horse
£25 for 2 horses
3 or more horses, £5 per horse

Withdrawals/Refunds
No Refunds but payment may go towards another booking if cancelled before 48 hours of your hire.

Rules & Safety
• Riding helmets must be worn at all times
• No lunging or free schooling in the arena
• All droppings must be picked up in the arena and car park
• No dogs allowed
Please leave all gates closed

Arena Use
• Jumps must not be moved, but heights may be adjusted
• Any poles used must be returned to the pole rack
• Please exit the arena promptly at the end of your booked time

Facilities
• Toilets are located at the bottom of the field
• Water for horses is available next to the toilets

Important Information
• The arena and gateway are monitored by CCTV
• Any unpaid horses will be charged
• Sessions are strictly 60 minutes—overrunning will incur an additional hourly charge
• Please do not leave the field, as the rest of the venue is private property
• No littering
