The lanes around the venue are quite narrow and so it is best that you take the turning to Rodmarton from the main Cirencester/Tetbury road when approaching Hazleton Manor. (Please also be aware of the low bridge (13ft/3.9m) on the Cirencester - Tetbury road). You will approach the main house drive first but please continue around to the left and take the parallel track on your right. Please leave by turning right on to the road.

Hazelton Manor Farm Equestrian, Hazleton Farm Enterprises & Co, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
All vehicles are left entirely at your own risk.

Conditions of use policy
1. All riders must wear a current standard riding hat conforming to the BHS, British Eventing, British Show jumping or Pony Club Standard whilst mounted. No fixed peak riding hats to be worn on the cross country. It is also strongly advisable to wear a hat whilst handling horses. 2. A body protector conforming to the current British Eventing rules must be worn at all times whist using the cross country. 3. Suitable footwear should be worn at all times. 4. All riders must be accompanied by another responsible person (who may be mounted or on foot), who must have access to a mobile phone in order to summons assistance in the event of emergency and a knowledge of first aid is advisable. 5. Any rider 12 and under must be under the instruction of a qualified instructor or be with an organisation i.e. Pony Club. Parental supervision is not acceptable unless suitably qualified. 6. All riders between 13 and 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult and kept under control at all times. 7. All children, whether riding or not, must be accompanied by and remain with that adult at all times. 8. Any jump marked with crossed flags must not be jumped under any circumstances. Some jumps are one way only and must be jumped with red on the right and white on the left.9. All jumps are optional. Care should be taken to not exceed your own or your horse’s experience or capabilities. 10. Dogs must be kept on short leads at all times. 11. Please take all litter home and please pick up hay/droppings left in the lorry park. 12. Riders are required to remove all droppings left by their horse in the arenas and return jumps to their original position and heights which is 90 cm. No poles or cups are to be left on the ground. 13. If you see any damage or cause any damage to any fence or other equipment, please report to a member of Hazleton staff immediately and do not use. 14. Consideration must be given at all times to other horses and riders using the facilities and always use common sense. 15. Instructors, teachers, trainers, coaches or any person responsible for a rider must hold public liability insurance for no less than £2,000,000 (two million pounds). 16. Any person bringing a groom, rider or paid assistance onto the premises must hold appropriate employers’ liability insurance. 17. Hazelton Manor Farm Equestrian, Hazleton Farm Enterprises & Co require that the owner/keeper/rider of any horse using the Facilities ensure that horse in respect of third party liability and recommend injury, veterinary fees and death cover. It is also recommended that all riders hold personal accident insurance. 18. We are not responsible for the provision of a First Aid person or first aid equipment. The Rider (or any group organiser, trainer or responsible adult) agrees to ensure their own provision for First Aid. 19. We reserve the right to ask you to leave should we see reckless riding or teaching or abuse of horses, no refund will be given.20. Hazelton Manor Farm Equestrian & Hazleton Farm Enterprises & Co have heavy machinery operating over it. Riders are advised to wear high vis clothing so as to be easily identifiable to the operator of the machinery and to take measures to avoid such machinery. 21. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any admission. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or liability howsoever caused. 22. By riding at the Premises the rider accepts that they/their trainer or responsible adult has surveyed the Facilities (and any obstacles such as show jumps or cross-country jumps) and the ground conditions and understand that they/their trainer are responsible for assessing the suitability of the ground conditions and/or suitability, construction and maintenance of the jumps/obstacles/fences. 23. Riding is a risk sport. All those who wish to school their horses/ponies do so entirely at their own risk.
