Show Information

There will be no access to the stable yard.
All dogs to be kept on leads.
No hirer must ride a horse alone in the XC field without being accompanied by someone who can respond in an emergency.
All facilities must be left in a tidy and clean condition, failure to do so may result in a further charge.
Damage to or loss of College property must be paid for.  Any damage to fences must be reported to Yard office in person or by ringing/messaging yard mobile phone 07815 482313
If the College’s safeguarding policy is contravened in anyway, Duchy College reserves the right to terminate any hiring immediately without refund.

 

Payment Details & Event Fees

You can book the XC schooling using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly Duchy College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
 

Withdrawals/Refunds

All cancellations or changes to booking must be made 24hrs in advance of hourly bookings, please note that failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged.

The cost for an hour is £30 - MAXIMUM OF 5 HORSES AT ANY BOOKING

Please park in the normal (student/tiered) car park behind the indoor arenas.  The XC schooling field is up the front diveway on the right - see plan in booking terms & conditions.  Please pick up any droppings left on driveways.  There is a mounting block in the field.  Please ensure the gate is kept shut.
