The ride will commence at 10am, no riders will be permitted to start after 1.00pm.
Riders will be allocated a 15 minute start time slot when they ring on Friday 1st May for final details and confirmation the ride will go ahead.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to RABI BLUEBELL RIDE.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry Fee is £28.50 Adult and £18.50 for Children under 14 on 01/01/26, a non – refundable booking fee will be taken by My Riding Life at the time of entry.
The entry fee includes a hot drink and breakfast butty or vegetarian alternative.
The total number of participants will be limited so late entries or entries on the day will not be accepted.
Riders must book in on the day at which time their details will be verified and they will be given their riding number and food ticket.
Each rider will be provided with a number on the day which must be attached around their waist, numbers must be clearly visible at all times. Additionally, a label with rider name and mobile telephone number must be attached to the saddle of every horse/pony, a label will be provided at the registration desk. If these rules are not followed entrants will not be permitted to commence the ride.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds, less a £5 admin fee, will only be given in the case of the event being postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather, Health & Safety issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The organisers and landowners accept no responsibility for injury from accidents to persons or animals or the theft of property. Persons attending do so at their own risk.
• All riders are required to abide by instructions given by stewards/officials. Everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to stay safe. Due care and attention should be taken when passing other riders, you must always pass in walk.
• Riders should hold their own third-party liability insurance for themselves and their horse/pony.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult; a child is classified as under 14 on 1st January 2026.

• Safety hats to current standards and suitable clothing/footwear must be worn whilst mounted, an item of high viz is recommended along with a body protector to current safety standards.
• Riders to carry a mobile phone.
• There will be a toilet and refreshments to purchase on site but no first aid provision.
• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
• Horses/Ponies must not be left tied to lorries/trailers unattended please keep to walk at all times in the parking area.
• Please clean up droppings and any debris from haynets before you leave.
