We’ll work together to address challenges, develop a clear focus, and equip you with the mental tools you need to perform under pressure and achieve your riding goals. Whether you’re preparing for competition or aiming to improve your day-to-day riding, mindset coaching is key to consistent success. Includes debrief.

In these sessions, I’ll guide you through targeted exercises to enhance your balance, position, and control in the saddle. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced rider, polework is a valuable tool to boost your horses all round way of going, and a great preparation for jumping, or to add an extra element to your flatwork.
