Payment Details & Event Fees
All entries will be submitted and paid for via My Riding Life Payment is secure and it goes directly to The Haflinger Society of Great Britain. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry fee for each class £6.00
Non Members (Haflinger must be registered) £8.00
Trophies will be awarded annually from league points for HSGB members only
Rosettes 1st to 10th will be awarded where entry numbers allow

1. All horses entered must be registered with the Haflinger Society of Great Britain, within stud book Section 1, classes 1 - 4, and be owned or on long-term loan or lease to a member of the Society.
2. All competitors in ridden classes must be wearing a hard hat
3. The judge’s decision is final at all times.
4. The Show Steering Group reserves the right to cancel, combine or divide classes.
5. A junior or young rider competitor must be able to provide proof of age to the organisers should there be any doubt as to his/her eligibility to enter a class. Ages will be taken as from the day of the show.
6. No horse under the age of four years may be entered for any ridden or driven class
7. No stallion may be ridden or driven by children under the age of 14 years.
8. Whips are not to exceed 30”/75cms in length in any class except Dressage, Driving or when riding Side-Saddle.
9. All competitors/riders must wear correctly fastened hats to current approved safety standards. The only exception is in the Side Saddle class. The wearing of Beaglers IS NOT permitted in any class regardless of the experience of the rider.
10. Please allow at least 2 weeks for results to be posted.
11. Entries will not be included until payment has been received.
12. All entrants must have permission to use any and all images they submit.
13. You must have permission off everyone in the image to enter.
14. Judges may not enter any classes that they are judging.
15. Please ensure all images are rotated the right way up.
16. Where a collage is requested this must be made up of a max of 4 photos, the organisers will not sort this for you
17. Unless stated photographs can be taken anywhere they do not need to be from formal competitions
18. No captions to be included.
19. Please ensure you have completed an entry form.
20. If a class doesn't contain at least 4 entries, we may cancel or combine the class.
21. The Haflinger Society of GB holds the rights to refuse entry into any classes.
22. All images sent to The Haflinger Society of GB will be in the public domain.
23. Any person under the age of 16 must have parental consent to take part in classes.
24. The Haflinger Society of GB takes no responsibility for the damage or loss of rosettes while in the post.
25. We strongly advise that all relevant personal protective equipment is worn.
26. UK entrants will be provided with 2nd Class delivery included in your entry fee.
27. Rosettes will be posted as and when possible.
28. We have the right to extend the entry date if required.
29. Photographs must have been taken in 2024, 2025 and 2026 except for the Youngstock classes where the photographs must be from this year
30. Open to all registered horses alive at the end of 2024 to date (except classes 10-16) which are open to past and present horses.
