Show Information

To be run under British Riding Club Rules 2026.  Non-members of BRC are very welcome but must have proof of their own third-party liability insurance at the time of entry – this may be provided by others e.g. PC, BD etc. 

Numbers are to be worn on either saddle or bridle. 

Please show your Flu Vac. record to the Secretary on arrival.  BRC 2026 hat rules apply. Only competitors are allowed to ride in warm up and competition arenas.  Please text or phone the Secretary on the day if withdrawing for any reason

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL DROPPINGS AND HAY ARE REMOVED FROM BOX PARK

Withdrawals/Refunds

Please contact the Secretary as soon as possible if you have to withdraw, using this phone number (rather than email) 07961 908486. If withdrawal is made prior to the final closing date for entries then a refund of entry fee , less the £1.50 booking fee, can be rquested
