Psychology in the Saddle - Day Camp (Confidence Jump Focus)
 
Join us for a unique Day Camp combining riding and sport psychology, with a particular focus on building confidence over fences.

MSc Applied Sport Psychology
Sport Psychologist 
 
What's included:
Two sport psychology theory sessions
Two tailored ridden sessions with a confidence jump focus, exploring and developing key sources of rider confidence through progressive exercises, from flatwork and poles to jumping
Venue hire included
 
 Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis. All levels are welcome.
 
Pricing: £150 per rider
Minimum: 8 riders
Maximum: 12 riders
