Payment is secure and it goes directly to Bozeat Riding Club.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Rosettes to 6th Place Open & Restricted (Junior or Senior in the Intro & Open only in the Elementary)

Any Horse and Rider combination which has come 1st or 2nd in a dressage competition does not qualify to ride in the restricted section.

Any Horse and Rider combination which has competed at Elementary Level or competed at Intermediate Horse Trials do not qualify to ride in the restricted section.

Bozeat will be running a Member Point system awarded at all Bozeat Events.

Member Points are then accrued throughout the year as follows:

1st highest placed member 6 points 2nd highest placed member 5 points 3rd highest placed member 4 points 4th highest placed member 3 points 5th highest placed member 2 points 6th highest placed member 1 point

REFUND POLICY: Withdrawals can be transferred to another event if arrange before the closing date

No refund or transfer if cancelled 48 hrs or later before the event.

There will be a £5.00 admin charge for any refunds.

In the event of illness or injury No refunds will be given without the production of a Vet or GP letter

  • It is a condition of entry that each competitor has read, understood, and agreed to abide by these rules.

• This competition will be run in accordance with British Riding Club Rules.

• The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, or personal property

• Hard hats to current BSI Standards must be worn at all times when mounted

• The Organizers reserve the right to alter, add to or cancel any Class, and to refuse any entry without stating a reason.

• No Misuse of the Whip or equipment will be allowed

• Horses/Ponies must be 4yrs old and over

• Horses must not be left unattended whilst tied up to your lorry/trailer

• The Judge’s decision is final.

• Objections must be made within 15 minutes of the offence and must be accompanied by £15, which will be refunded if the objection is sustained.

• Entries taken Online in advance (Dressage only pre entry) or On the Day with a £2 surcharge per entry

• In the event of illness or injury No refunds will be given without the production of a Vet or GP letter

• REFUND POLICY: 100% refund will be given for withdrawals before Closing Date.

• No refund after the Closing date unless replaced in which case a refund will be subject to a £4 admin fee. Entries received after Closing date will not be eligible for a refund

• Please remove all droppings/hay from the lorry park

• An adult must always supervise children.

• All dogs must be always kept on the lead and under control

• Hair above the hair collar

• Horses/Ponies Need not be plaited, but should be clean and tidy

• No boots or bandages permitted

• British Dressage approved tack only

• PHOTOGRAPHER ATTENDING - if you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify the Secretary upon entry

• You do not need to be a member of a British Riding Club to enter this competition, but it is strongly recommended that if you are not you carry some form of 3rd Party Public Liability Insurance.
