Show Information

Please ensure you have renewed your annual Jersey Riding Club membership. Membership form and payment must be received three clear days prior to the event for insurance coverage. Day memberships are also available – there is a form on the JRC website and this must be completed and evidence of public liability insurance held must be presented before competing.

Combined Training is a two phase event comprising a dressage test and a single jumping round. For the jumping you must be clear and within the time allowed to incur no penalties. Scores are calculated on a penalty basis in accordance with BRC (British Riding Clubs) Combined Training rules, so lowest score wins. Tack for the dressage element must be in accordance with normal BRC dressage rules but you will have time to go and change your tack and put boots on for jumping.

All classes are open so you can enter whichever level you like. You can basically combine your choice of test with any of the heights listed for that class - please select the Class with the dressage test you prefer to do and then add in the NOTES section which jump height you would like to do.

Note that all dressage tests (including Walk Trot) will be ridden in a short arena.

Please use your JRC competitor number - contact the Membership Secretary if you do not have one. Note that all competitors must now wear a number on EACH side of the horse in line with British Riding Clubs and British Dressage Rules.
