Show Information

Stables are availble from 5pm on Friday 17th April. Stables and parking won't be availble before 5pm.  

 Stables can be booked for 24 hr periods. 

Stables have some shavings/Flax bedding - extra bedding is available on site if required. 

Stables are to be left mucked out with bedding banked up around the back and sides. 

All Hay to be removed from the bed and front of the stable. 

Muck trailers need to be kept tidy with muck forked to the back of the trailer

Walkways, car parks and arenas must be ketp tidy and free of droppings - please be responisble for picking up your horses drioppings

Charges will apply to stables with hay or muck in. 

 

 

Payment Details & Event Fees

All bookings in advance. NO Bookings will be accepted by email or over the telephone.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Moreton Morrell.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment from MRL - fees appied from MRL are also non refundable. 

Stabling Information: Yes

Perminent indoor Monarch stabling all all 12 m x 12 m - some with rubber at the front of the stable.

24 hour Period of occupation, stables are available from 5pm Friday 17th April. 
COST OF HIRE: £48.00 per stable per night. Prices inc. VAT. All Stables Include some bedding only (shavings/Flax).

All stables must be left mucked out with the clean bedding left banked up around the edge of the stable. Stables left wet, dirty or with Hay in will be charged a fee of £15.00. 
All hay must be removed from stables.

No Straw on site.
Wheelbarrows & Tools will be available on the yards
Please fork muck to the back of the muck trailers.
No stables to be booked for storage rooms.
Any damage to any stable or Warwickshire College property will be invoiced.


No riding at any time on any College campus grass areas or inside stable the yards or in any arena without prior arrangement.

Special Classes

 To comply with the college safeguarding policy we ask all event attendees wears a MM wrist band whilst on site and everyone keeps to the event areas only - Please do not roam around the site. 

Withdrawals/Refunds

Cancellations made prior to 9h April.  will recieve refunds less £5 admin fee.

No refunds made after closing date 9th April. 

Terms & Conditions

 • We are a non-Smoking College. Smoking is only permitted in your vehicles or in the designated smoking area- these are between the round forge building & horse walker.  Vaping is only permitted 5 meters from buildings & not inside, Inc. stables, the Indoor & Covered schools or in accommodation/rooms. Strictly no open fires or solid fuel BBQ’s.

To support our biosecurity protocols keep to designated areas to not touch or mix horses within the yards or graze horses around the equine centre or in fields.  
Please be mindful that Woodground field and the Arboretum are grazed by College Sheep and Horses – please do not dispose of cigarette stubs/rubbish or anything that may cause harm to our animals. No mucking out horseboxes or trailers on the fields. 
Use suitable rubbish bins onsite – we have recycling and general waste bins around the site. 
Attendees/stewards/members to poo pick arenas, walkways and car parks on a regular basis; skips are located outside each arena & around the centre. Areas not kept tidy or left with droppings/hay may incur a fine. 
No haynets to be tied to the outside of vehicles. Parking areas to be poo picked and litter placed in bins.
No riding inside the stable yards. 
Stables are to be mucked out prior to horses leaving, with the beds up around 3 sides. We have mucking out tools on the yards – please return the equipment when you have finished. 
Please ensure that muck is forked back onto the muck trailers and stacked up at all times.
No Straw on site
Shavings are available to buy at a cost of £10 per bale – please see a member of staff to arrange. 
Gates & access areas must be kept clear at all times including access to the muck trailers for the tractor. 
As part of our safeguarding policy event attendees are only permitted in designates areas, parking and the Equine centre. Please do not roam around the campus

As per the external booking agreement with your group any breakages/damage or arenas not kept tidy or left with droppings may incur a fine.
