Please note that online entries close at 9pm two days before the show or when capacity is reached, whichever is sooner.   PRE-ENTRY ONLY.

All Classes - Bookings in advance from £15 per entry.  

You can book using our Secure Online Booking System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to G.W.Equine.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Withdrawals/Refunds

  Please note that no refunds will be made for withdrawals.

If a valid vet's certificate is shown then we will hold your entry for 12 months so you can enter another show at a later date.

Terms & Conditions
Please only arrive a maximum of 45 minutes before your first class starts.
 
Warm ups will be in the outdoor arena(s) and will be manned to ensure only a max of 5 riders plus one of our stewards. Times have been allocated to assist you with this.
We hope that everyone will assist us in making this a successful and compliant event.
 

SHOWING RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - 

 

1.  Please access Highbrook via the Lyss Place entrance into the lorry park, signposted "Stables".

 

2. No horse/pony under the age of four years may compete, and only horses/ponies competing in the show may be ridden on the show ground.

 

3. HATS All riders MUST wear correctly fitting approved protective headgear conforming to VG1, ASTM, PAS 015, SEI, or SNELL E2001, carrying the BSI Kite Mark, which includes retaining harness secured to the shell at more than two points.  Must be worn and be correctly fastened AT ALL TIMES when mounted.

 

4. All entries are pre-entry. Once classes are full/times published on website, entries will not be refundable under any circumstances unless we can sell your entries. We will operate a waiting list. 

 

5.  We ask you to park respectfully.  No tying up outside of lorries.

 

6. All dogs must be kept on a lead.  

 

7. Please take your litter home with you and use the bins provided.  

 

 8. Please leave the car park clear of all droppings and hay.  A barrow and tools are provided.

 

9. Should GW Equine be forced to cancel the event in any circumstances then entries will be either held, for a period of 6 months, for a future event or moved to the next available event in the same discipline.   Any refunds that are given will be subject to a £2.50 administrative charge per entry.   

 

10.  The Judge's decision is final.
