COMPETITORS NOTES – PLEASE READ • No-one suffering COVID 19 symptoms to attend. • Closing date for entries: SUNDAY 5TH APRIL 2026, entries on the day will include an extra £2 surcharge. • Times and numbers will be published WEDNESDAY 8th APRIL 2026 on Facebook, please email or call if you cannot find them. • Please print your own numbers, at clear quality and at 100% scale and provide your own number bib, there will be no number bibs or numbers provided • numbers are needed per horse: 2 for number bib • Entry is ideally in advance for all classes2. Entries will not be accepted without the appropriate fee. Entry fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled due to weather and if we are unable to reschedule. 3. The organisers, officials, helpers and landowner cannot accept any liability for accidents, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever. 4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter the course or any class if considered necessary. 5. A 2026 insurance compliant skull cap or hat with safety harness according to EN1384 plus any of the following standards: ASTM F1163, PAS15, VG1.040, Snell E2001 or AS/NZS 3838 or higher must be worn by all competitors. No hats with fixed peaks. The organisers strongly recommend the wearing of back protectors. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Instructions given by any officials must be obeyed. 6. Medical armbands are compulsory for under 18’s and are strongly recommended for all competitors 7. No recording devices permitted (eg hat and/or body cams, GoPro’s etc). 8. Results will be published at the event, via email, WhatsApp and social media, the judges decision is final. 9. Horse or pony must be 4 years old or over. 10. It is the rider’s responsibility to be ready to start at your allocated time 11. The fence judges and other officials reserve the right to withdraw any horse or pony that, in their opinion, is not fit to compete. 12. This Hunter Trial will be run under Pony Club rules for Hunter Trials. Please also refer to the course map. 13. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. 14. Entry is deemed to be in acceptance of these conditions. 15. Entry is done at competitors risks, the landowner and Waveney & Norfolk harriers accept no liability for damage of any kind.
