Gates open at 4.30pm Clear Round starts at 5.30pm - max 10 entries Approx 6pm start for first class, draws published Thursday afternoon Entries will close Wednesday night prior to the event at 10pm if not full before. ❗️PLEASE NOTE ❗️IT IS ONLY THE FIRST 2 CLASSES THAT ARE JUMPED ON THE NIGHT WHICH GAIN YOU LEAGUE POINTS Clear Round will have a maximum of 10 entries. *If you are intending to come please make sure you get your entries in early! If we reach capacity we will close entries early and won’t be able to take late entries or any additional rounds on the night (for those that had already entered at least one round) So to avoid any disappointment please be organised and get yourselves entered early ☺️

🏆 Top Score and how to ride it
* You have a set time of 60 seconds to collect as many points as possible. The bell will go for you to start, you cross the start line through the timing and your 60 seconds will start! The bell will go again after 60 seconds, after this point any fences jumped WILL NOT COUNT to your total, you must then cross the finish line to stop the clock and attain a time. Anyone not going through the start or finish line will be eliminated from the competition.
* Each fence is allocated a points value, with the fences becoming progressively harder. Fence number 1 is worth 10 class points, fence 2 is 20 class points, fence 3 is 30 class points etc, successfully jumping the fence gathers you the points allocated for that fence
* If a fence is knocked down it CANNOT be jumped again.
* You can choose which fences to jump and in what order, you do not need to jump the course in number order.
* You can make your own strategy, each fence can only be jumped twice and from either direction, you don’t necessarily need to jump every fence
* To win - You need to gather as many points as you can.
* There is a JOKER 🤡 fence (up to 20cm higher than the class height) which is worth 200 Class points when successfully jumped, it can only be jumped twice.
* If you knock the Joker down, you lose the points associated with it and you cannot jump it again.
* You MUST cross the start line before collecting points and cross the finish line when you have finished.
* Time matters — if competitors finish on the same score, the faster time is decisive
* The winner is the combination with the highest score and fastest time
* When entering choose which section you wish to compete in 65cm or 85cm- for judging purposes the sections will be combined with extra LEAGUE POINTS allocated to the placings 1st- 6th. 1st place extra 30 League points, 2nd extra 25 League points, 3rd extra 20 League points, 4th extra 15 League points, 5th extra 10 League points, 6th extra 5 League points

Friday 21st August 2026 - Presentation of Prizes!
BIG thank you to Iron Horse Equestrian for their continued support, most generously giving £300 worth of vouchers! £150 voucher to overall points champion, £100 voucher for reserve and £50 voucher for 3rd in the points league!
Additionally 4th, 5th and 6th placings in the overall league will each receive a £50 Sykehouse Arena Voucher ( which can be used online for entries) Competitors must attend the Finale on 21st AUGUST to be eligible for any prizes
Payment Details & Event Fees
Pre entry, Open to all. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sykehouse Arena.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
All classes willl be judged separately horses/ ponies with separate awards.
PRIZE MONEY: £15, £10, £5. According to competitor numbers in the section, there must be a minimum of 5 competitors in the section for 1st place prize money to be awarded (1 in every complete 5 competitors is required, up to a max of 3rd prize) 5-9 competitors in the section- 1st prize, 10-14 competitors in the section 1st and 2nd prize, 15 plus competitors in the section 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize awarded Prize money is paid back, electronically, to the card that paid the entries within 72hrs of the show There will be no prize giving but rosettes can be collected on the day from our Car Park Steward, prize money will be paid electronically within 48 hrs of show finishing.
