entry only permitted if you had a invite from the qualifers and have been notified.

There will be an important competitor information document released with the times, which should be read before leaving for the competition.
Stabling & hook-up: Available to book until the event closing date.

Day stables: cannot be pre-booked but may be available on the day only - enquire with the stable manager on arrival. If available they must be vacated by 5pm. Stables will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon arrival all competitors must declare at the declarations cabin before they ride. If the horse’s passport were checked at the gate, then you must bring the flu vaccination ticket with you to declare. If this was not done at the gate, the passport will need to be checked at declarations cabin.
Presentations: will be approx. 30 minutes after the results have been posted. Delays to presentations will be due to objections or queries that will need to be resolved before it can go ahead.
Salvers: must be signed for by a nominated person who is then responsible for it. It must be engraved and returned to arrive at the office by the date stated on the form, by recorded delivery at the cost of the nominated person/club. Any loss/damage/failure to engrave or to return the salver by the specified date will result in the club concerned being invoiced for the cost of a replacement. BRC may also refer such matters to the BRC Discipline Committee.
Official objections: protests or complaints may be lodged in writing and accompanied by a deposit of £20. They must be addressed to the Official Steward via the secretary.
Protests must be made no later than 30 minutes after the incident that gave rise to that protest and within 30 minutes of the final results being published.
Dogs: are permitted on site but must be always kept under control on a short lead and cleared up after. ID tags must be worn. Do not leave dogs in hot vehicles.
Smoking policy: there is a strict no smoking policy in the stabling area and in the main arenas onsite.
Catering: the on-site cafe and bar will be open during the day for competitors.
Medical care: paramedics will be on site during competition hours. Outside of these hours, in an emergency please dial 999. Vet & horse ambulance: will be onsite during competition hours.
Camping: is allowed in designated areas. BRC are not responsible for competitors belonging. GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN
